No One

NO ONE can stand in the way of God's plans, His purposes, His callings, His schedule, His direction, His programs, His timing ... nothing in the mind of God can be thwarted.
No One

If you're frustrated because you think God failed you, it's time to stop and consider the One who spoke the universe into existence... the Omnipotent One, the Most High, the Creator. Be reminded that NO ONE can stand in the way of God's plans, His purposes, His callings, His schedule, His direction, His programs, His timing ... nothing in the mind of God can be thwarted. In fact, in Scripture we can hear the voice of the Spirit reminding us ...

NO ONE can stop what I have started.
NO ONE can steady what I am shaking.
NO ONE can close what I have opened.
NO ONE can curse what I have blessed.

All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing,
But He does according to His will in the host of heaven
And among the inhabitants of earth; and no one can ward off His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?
’" (Daniel 4:35)

NO ONE can oppose what I have favored.
NO ONE can remove or dislodge what I have placed and positioned.
NO ONE can uproot what I have planted.

Then Job answered the Lord and said, “I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted." (Job 42:1-2)

NO ONE can dismantle what I have built.
NO ONE can destroy what I have created.
NO ONE can overthrow what I have established.
NO ONE can defeat what I have accomplished.

For the Lord of hosts has planned, and who can frustrate it? And as for His stretched-out hand, who can turn it back?” (Isaiah 14:27)

NO ONE can halt or hinder what I am advancing.
NO ONE can break what I am restoring.
NO ONE can weaken what I have strengthened.

The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations. (Psalm 33:10-11)

NO ONE can condemn what I have redeemed.
NO ONE can hold back what I have released.
NO ONE can disregard what I have approved.
NO ONE can humiliate what I have honored.

Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you. (Jeremiah 32:17)

How do we stop striving to control our lives when we've surrendered to the will of the Father? We review the Scriptures, we take on an attitude of trust in His Word, and we leave everything in His hands.

Believe. Trust. Obey. There's really no other way to live in peace, even when we feel abandoned, forgotten, and/or forsaken.

Prayer

Father, help me! Remind me! I confess that my faith is often weak, but I also confess that I know Your plans for me are perfect, and all that concerns me is in Your omnipotent hands. Help me to believe. Teach me to trust more. Give me the strength to obey You as I wait for You in the times of trouble. Amen.
