IT IS GOD'S NATURE
The promises of God weren’t made to lay dormant between the covers of a book. They are living and powerful and ready to be enacted on our behalf.
A UNIQUE CONTRAST
It is because of the contrast between the blanket of pure snow and the cardinal cloaked in brilliant scarlet that I’m drawn to consider how our walk with Christ impacts the status quo of today’s society...
WORMS HIDE THEMSELVES
While to others we may appear to be wise, gentle, kind, courteous, and loving, there are worms living under the green sod hidden from plain view
I SURRENDER
Surrender: A constant theme in a believer's life. Every day we find ourselves in a position to make choices ... do we surrender our will for the will of God?
OH, FOR GRACE

WHAT LODGES OR DWELLS WITHIN?
Lodging: Taking up residence. Inhabiting. Dwelling within. Becoming one with. Being recognized as. Enclosed within. Situated. Within. Abiding in. A habitation. Contained within. Oh … the list could go on and on.
JESUS SHALL MY PORTION BE
It may be a silly detail that just seems to speak to me at this particular time. The word “be” at the end of the sentence emphatically denotes permanence. It is as if the gavel has sounded, declaring the authority of Christ in the midst of the statement, that He shall forever my portion be.
HITHERTO, AN ARCHAIC WORD
"Are there no birds in yonder branches singing? Surely there must be many, and they all sing of mercy received hitherto." -Spurgeon
TEMPORARY VISITATION RIGHTS
God's desire is to be acknowledged by us every moment of every day. And, He longs for us to have that same passionate desire to be with Him. He doesn't want (or deserve) temporary visitation rights.
